Rent all of Kaizen Academy for a birthday party. You get wall-to-wall padded mats where kids can run, tumble and wrestle safely, a private space with no other members inside, and a clean room ready when you arrive. You bring the guests, cake and games. We open up for you and lock up when it's over.

The Space
Most party venues ask kids to stay in their chairs. Ours is a martial arts academy. The floor is soft, the room is open, and nobody minds when twenty six-year-olds decide to play tag on their knees.
The academy is yours for the whole booking. We open the doors, walk you through the space, and come back to close. Everything in between is your party, run your way.
Packages
Every package is exclusive use of the academy. Times include your setup and cleanup, so plan to arrive, party and pack out inside your window.
The classic birthday: about 2 hours of party plus setup and cleanup.
More room to breathe. Unhurried setup, a longer party, and no rush at the end.
Two parties back to back, a team event, a shoot, or a celebration that runs all day.
What you get
This is a venue rental. Kaizen staff open the academy, show you around, and lock up at the end. During your party there are no instructors or staff on site, so you and your adult guests run the show.
How booking works
Send the form below with your preferred date, time and package. We reply the same day.
Sign the rental agreement and pay the 50% deposit to hold your date. The balance and damage deposit are due 7 days before.
We send you a waiver link for your party to share with your guests. Every person on the mats signs before party day. See the waiver →
We open up and walk you through the space. You host. We come back at the end to check the room and lock up.
House rules
The same rules our students follow every day. They keep the space clean and safe for your guests and for the kids who train here on Monday.
Bare feet or socks only. Shoes stay in the lobby.
Eat in the lobby. Water bottles with lids are fine on the mat edge.
1 adult for every 8 kids, present and watching for the whole party.
No hitting the punching bags or touching any workout equipment. It stays behind a partition for your party.
For small kids under 60 lbs only, with an adult watching the whole time. Shoes, food and sharp objects stay out.
Bag your trash before your window ends. No glitter, confetti or silly string, and nothing taped to walls.

No. Rentals are space only. Our team opens the academy, walks you through it, and closes at the end. You and your guests host everything in between.
$1,500, which covers a 3-hour private rental. Your setup and cleanup happen inside that time. Extra hours are $500 each.
Up to 30 people in total, kids and adults, on The Full Day. The Round allows 20 and The Open Mat allows 25.
Yes. Choose a pink or blue castle bounce house for $100 per hour of your booking. It's made for small children under 60 lbs. We set it up before you arrive and take it down at close. An adult from your group must watch it whenever kids are inside.
No. Before your party we put a partition around the punching bags and workout equipment, and they stay off limits for the whole party. The open mats are yours.
Yes. Bring your own food or use any caterer. All eating happens in the lobby area, off the mats.
Yes. Everyone who steps on the mats or into the bounce house, kid or adult, needs a signed waiver before the party. A parent or guardian signs once for all of their kids. We send you a link for your party to share with your guests, and it takes about 2 minutes to sign on a phone.
Yes. Outside vendors are welcome. Let us know who's coming when you book, and they follow the same house rules.
Parties are booked outside our class schedule, mostly weekend afternoons and Friday evenings. Send your preferred date and we'll confirm what's open.
Cancel 14 or more days before your party and your deposit moves to a new date within 6 months. Inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable. The damage deposit is returned within 7 days after your party once the room is checked.
